Set Up Wheels Product Information:Designed to work in conjunction with the Set-Up Pads described below, the Set-Up Wheels comprise 4 alloy ‘wheels’ each incorporating 2 load cells, allowing corner weights to be accurately recorded and wheel alignment to be accurately set and measured.
Software designed to complement the system ensures that all data can be easily displayed on a laptop, with the facility to store and recall data. Supplied complete with 110/230 V power supply, these units can be used internationally.
The software can also be customised to your team, displaying your team colours and logo.
The Set-Up Wheels can also be supplied with Dummy Load Cells. This allows for all the benefits of increased accuracy and repeatability to be realised, without the added cost of the load cells themselves.
If this option is chosen, the set-up wheels can be used with conventional corner weight scales.
Roller balls on the base of the load cells ensure easy toe and camber adjustment, and flat areas on the wheels allow for easy camber and toe measurements.
Used in conjunction with the Set-Up Beam, ride heights can be repeatedly and accurately measured.
The load cells and software can be added at a later date.
